7-Day Buggy Tour
7-Day All Inclusive Buggy Adventure into the high Carpathian Mountains.
Location: round trip starting and ending in Sibiu
Tour price: 2.900€ all inclusive 7-day adrenaline package for single use of the buggy, 1.250€ for the single use of the buggy.
This 7-day adventure has 5 days of buggy riding in 5 stages from Sibiu to the high Carpathian Mountains and back to Sibiu.
In this adventure is included the following package :
the Airport Sibiu transfer, accommodation with breakfast and the buggy rental incl. fuel.
Participants get a helmet and goggles with an introduction to the buggy before the tour starts.
The difficulty level of the round trips is destined for everyone who can drive a car and is not afraid of the offroad. The buggies are 2 seater, driver change each 30 min. The length and difficulty of the stages are accommodated to the experience of the riders.
If you are not used to drive a buggy, you can take the co-driver seat.

This tour is a real once in a lifetime adventure. You will ride through so many different landscapes, from high mountains to deep valleys, green hills and deep forest. The overnight stays in the mountain hotels make this tour so authentic it could not be better. Returning home you will realize with the time all the impressions your experienced during these unforgettable 7 adventure days.
Tour program
Day 1
Arrival in Sibiu, airport pickup and transfer to the hotel, welcome and short orientation by the tour manager. Free time for a city walk. In a briefing you will get to know the group and you learn the details for the next days on tour.
Day 2 - stage 1
Climbing up the first peak with almost 2.000 meters with a beautiful view to the surrounding valleys.
Day 3 - stage 2
The old border road.
Day 4 - stage 3
Reaching the ski resort via the famous Transalpina Mountain Road.
Day 5 - stage 4
Exploring the peaks in the ski resort and the long down the challenging track to refuelling the buggies.
Day 6 - stage 5
A long beautiful day returning to Sibiu. Buggy washing and debriefing.
Day 7
Departure from Airport Sibiu. Good Bye.

Our tour guides ensure that your Buggy driving level is accommodated during the rides - the difficulty can be easy to medium with some more difficult sections in the higher parts of the trail for more experienced drivers. We have different routes in place for less experienced and extreme riders.

The best time for the Dracula Trail is mid of April to October.

You will be picked up at the Sibiu Airport and transferred to the hotel and back to the airport on departure.

You take your personal items with you in the buggy while your luggage is transported in the service car to the hotels.

Individual arrival and departure, transportation to and from the Buggy Adventure Base where the tour starts and ends, CDW (insurance for the damages on the Buggy), lunch, dinner, drinks, personal insurance, insurance and travel cancellation cover.

A tour manager will be available for the whole duration of this tour. You can turn to him regarding any questions, information, or issues.

A rental Buggy and fuel is in the tour price included. On this tour we will mainly use small Buggies, 2-seaters like the best in class Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail. The Buggies are equipped with 3-point seat belts and roll bar. They have a luggage rack to transport your personal items. A driving license B is mandatory on this tour.

The tour price bases on a shared use of a 2-seater Buggy. A single use can be booked as extra.

To take an accompanying person with you in the buggy requires to book a seat for the accompanying person.

Your take your personal items for the day with you in the buggy. Your luggage will be transported in the service car to the hotels.

We do not charge for normal wear of the Buggy (like light scratches on the plastics).

A helmet and goggles are mandatory on this adventure and will be provided (included in the tour package).
We recommend for this tour a good rain jacket, outdoor pants and hiking or outdoor shoes, and ideally bicycle or motocross gloves. -
A deposit of 40% is rquested to confirm your booking, the rest 60 days before the start of the tour.
